CUSTOMER PRIVACY PROTECTION
On behalf of ANKANOVA DOO, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic customer/user data and data essential for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing quality service. We provide customers with options, including the ability to decide whether they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly kept confidential and is accessible only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees involved in data management in the "Anka Nova Shop" web store (and business partners) are responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection.
PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION AND CARD DATA
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so that the entire billing process is carried out on the bank's website. No payment card information is currently accessible to our system.
VAT STATEMENT
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be executed in the Serbian currency - Dinar (RSD). The amount that will be charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price in Euros/US Dollars into Serbian Dinars according to the current exchange rate list of the National Bank of Serbia.
When billing your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate list of credit card associations. Due to this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference compared to the original price stated on our site.
REFUND
In the event of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the web store "Anka Nova Shop" is obliged to perform the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will return the funds to the cardholder's account upon the seller's request.
FISCAL INVOICES
FISCAL INVOICES can be delivered to you in digital form (pdf, html) - displayed on the website or delivered via email to the address you specify as the "billing email".
DELIVERY
The shipping cost and delivery time depends on shipment country.
Delivery Time: For orders shipped to Republic of Serbia delivery time will be 3–7 business days. For all other countries delivery time is up to 14 days.
Delivery Details
Delivery is carried out via post (postal service).
Following your order, your package will be delivered via applicable currier service.
You will receive an email once the order has been dispatched, which will contain tracking information.
Your delivery will be made between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to cover shipping costs.
Please note that "Anka Nova Shop" delivers to all Serbian postal codes.
RETURN OF GOODS
It is very important that you report any damage you notice to us via our support email.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt confirmation for the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging has damaged the product itself or caused a loss of parts. If the product is undamaged and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt confirmation for the shipment.
COMPLAINTS ABOUT DATA OR WRONG TYPE OF GOODS
If you have received a shipment and after opening the box you realized that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please send us an email with your information (name, surname, phone) to the "Anka Nova Shop" email address and describe the problem you have. We will respond to the reported consumer complaint as soon as possible and inform you about the next steps. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 14 days from the moment of reporting.
REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION OF ONLINE PURCHASE
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (online ordering) within 14 days from the day of product receipt, without stating a reason and without additional costs, except for the obligation to pay the costs of returning the product (hereinafter: withdrawal).
If you want to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must submit a statement of withdrawal to us within the aforementioned deadline.

It is necessary to manually sign the statement of withdrawal and provide us with the invoice for the purchased product for inspection.
The statement of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it was sent to us, but the burden of proof that you sent it to us timely lies with you.
In case of receiving a complete and timely statement of withdrawal, we will return the funds we received from you based on the canceled purchase.
We perform the refund when we receive the returned product or proof that you sent us the same product, whichever occurs earlier.
The refund is made using the same payment method you used for payment. In the event of returning goods and refunding money to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Seller is obliged to perform the refund exclusively via VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO, DINA or AMEX payment methods, meaning that the bank will return the funds to the cardholder's account upon the seller's request.
In case of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us, i.e., organize the return of the product, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you sent the statement of withdrawal.
You return the product to the address of one of our retail stores and bear the direct costs of returning the product in connection with this.
You are solely responsible for the reduced value of the product that arises as a result of handling the product that is not adequate, i.e., that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.
