We want you to be happy with your purchase.
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To return an eligible item, please contact us within this period.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging where applicable.
Please note that handmade tufted products made to order may be subject to different return conditions due to their custom-made nature.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.
