Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Serbia.

Are the products ready to ship?
Most collectibles, gifts and other listed items are in stock in Serbia. Handmade tufted products are made to order.

How fast will my order arrive?
Belgrade: orders placed on business days by 14:00 are delivered the same day. Rest of Serbia: 2–4 business days. Handmade tufted products are ready for dispatch within 7 business days.

How can I pay?
By card or cash on delivery.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our Refund Policy for full conditions.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
